Overview

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents specific rights regarding their personal information. This page describes your rights under these laws and how to exercise them. This page supplements our Privacy Policy.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Beaverstone Inc does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.

Your Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights:

Right to Know

You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your information.

Right to Delete

You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law (e.g., DRE record-keeping requirements, financial records for tax purposes, or information needed to complete a transaction you requested).

Right to Correct

You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the information and our purposes for processing it.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this practice changes in the future, we will update this page and provide a mechanism to opt out.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You may request that we limit our use of your sensitive personal information (such as SSN and financial data) to uses necessary for performing the services you have requested. We currently only use sensitive information for these purposes.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of service, or suggest that you will receive a different level of service for exercising your rights.

How to Submit a Request

You may submit a request to exercise any of the rights described above by:

  • Email: Send your request to privacy@beaverstoneinc.com with the subject line “CCPA Request”
  • Mail: Send a written request to Beaverstone Inc, Apple Valley, CA [ZIP CODE]

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before processing your request. We will:

  • Ask you to provide information that matches the information we have on file (such as your name, email, and phone number associated with your account)
  • For sensitive requests (access to specific data or deletion), we may require additional verification steps
  • You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time (up to 45 more days), we will notify you in writing and explain the reason for the extension.

Request Limits

You may submit a “Right to Know” request up to two (2) times in a 12-month period. There is no limit on the number of deletion or correction requests you may submit.
